Jolene Johannes

Wendy is our resident claims guru and is happy to help if the unexpected happens. She has worked at the Johannes Agency for 30 years, so to say she has insurance experience is an understatement. Wendy is an avid reader and loves to cook. She and her husband have three adult sons and two daughter-in-laws. She lives in New York Mills and serves as the school board chair.

Autumn originally started working in a State Farm office when she was only 16 years old! Autumn prides herself in providing Good Neighbor customer service with a smile. She is ready to give you a car insurance or home insurance quote. Autumn and her husband live in the town of Wadena and have five sons including a set of twins who are just entering pre-school classses.

John has been with State Farm for five years and is really good at helping people come to State Farm. He is our farm expert. John grew up in Central Minnesota, graduating with a degree in American History from St. John's University. John spent 22 years as a sports journalist, and he is heavily involved in men's amateur baseball, at the state and local level. He is the proud dad to two wonderful college kids.

Angie comes to us with State Farm Insurance experience and is a great addition to our team! She is detail oriented and is ready to help. She can help with car, home, life and health. Angie lives near Perham with her husband and two children.

Dinah has been with State Farm for over four years. She has returned to our agency as Jolene's executive assistant/manager. Dinah is engaged to Carlos, and they love hiking and outdoor activities. She will try any type of food at least once and enjoys a fun filled life.

Becky Wood has been in the insurance world for over four years but has over 20 years of customer service experience and enjoys helping people. She is licensed in Auto and Property and plans on getting her license in Life and health as well. She is a busy mom of 7 and even coaches girls' elementary basketball. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, playing pool, camping and making memories with her family.

Nicole has been with the State Farm family for over four years. She works part time for us and does a lot of our behind the scenes service work. She grew up in Park Rapids and lives in Bemidji. After graduation, she attended Bemidji State University and majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. In her free time, Nicole likes being outside riding and working with her horse. She also has two spoiled pups. Nicole enjoys being with her family as well as going hunting and fishing.
